JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HR Operations, HRIS & Payroll Oversee the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and administration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Ensure HR data integrity, accurate record management, and reliable reporting and analytics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Conduct HRIS user training and provide support on system functionalities and new features. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
