Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Nutrition Intern is an entry level nutrition position. The nutrition intern will support the campus dietitians by assisting in the demonstration kitchen, nutrition-related projects, and education initiatives. This internship provides individuals with experience in campus wellness, foodservice operations, and nutrition education. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT: This position is designated as non-essential personnel. This position requires periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching, and the ability to lift 50 lbs., in conditions that are often, hot, humid, or cold.
