Job Description SUMMARY: As a member of the Dining Services team, the Registered Dietitian collaborates with the Senior Registered Dietitian, Director of Health Promotion, and café Chef/Manager to provide outreach programs to the university community on topics related to food, nutrition, and wellness. The Registered Dietitian manages all aspects of the demonstration kitchen, including teaching, purchasing, event planning, executing, and oversight of participants. Also, assists the Senior Registered Dietitian with assigned confidential nutrition counseling, projects, and initiatives.
