About this role
Job Title: Forklift Operator Role & Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a plant warehouse setting. Use of forklift to load or unload finished products and raw materials to/from trucks and the production line in a timely manner. Interpret customer orders to pull, stage, load, and check materials in a manner that ensures accurate and timely shipment. Recording of shipping data and other results in the manner required. Troubleshoot and apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment. Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision. Adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc., where applicable.…
