About this role
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for meeting the full spectrum of human resources needs for two manufacturing plants—Rainier, OR (approximately 105 employees) and Auburn, WA (approximately 50 employees). This position is based at the Rainier, OR plant and reports directly to the Divisional Human Resources Business Partner. The Regional Human Resources Business Partner provides onsite guidance and support to plant management and employees on a full range of human resources and safety matters. Key areas of accountability include talent acquisition, employee relations, safety, salary administration, and employee development. Please note: This is a plant-based role.
