Role & Responsibilities: · Effectively coordinates Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects within the Plant. · Works with Plant leadership to select charter projects and then executes to achieve an effective outcome. · Uses standardized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to systematically eliminate waste and reduce process variation. · Positions continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant by fostering strong collaboration.
