Role & Responsibilities: · Effectively leads the Specialty Department comprised of 88 employees, which includes a direct report of 1 General Foreman. · This position is accountable for the manufacturing operations of one ceiling tile forming and finishing line, stock makup system and coatings. This line supplies the majority of ceilings offerings and products to USG customers. · Responsible for training, motivating, and maintaining a level of safety for all department employees to provide for an efficient operation consistent with overall company safety objectives. · Ability to proactively develop and implement process enhancements to meet plant operating requirements over the short and long term.…
