The Associate Director (AD) provides strategic and operational leadership for key programmatic initiatives within the Child Welfare Education Partnership (CWEP). Reporting to the CWEP Program Director, this role oversees the development, coordination, and statewide delivery of pre-service training, continuing education, and professional development for foster, adoptive, kinship, and residential caregivers in partnership with the Division for Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). The AD facilitates the integration of lived experience perspectives into curriculum development, training delivery, and program planning, and collaborates with family leaders, instructors, and community partners to ensure high-quality, relevant learning opportunities aligned with state and national standards.…
