About this Opportunity The Claims Manager u nde r the general direction of the Director of Claim Services, manages the University’s claims to achieve optimal outcomes for the University and its clients, balancing indemnity paid and expense incurred. The Claims Manager accomplishes his/her mission by regularly sharing pertinent claims information in a meaningful, constructive way to avoid, reduce, and mitigate risk.
