About this role

The Gig: The Virgin Voyages Business Systems Support Analyst III will be a key member of the team and major support for the business in this very early part of our life. This includes coordinating and executing testing for new software releases, collect, analyze and report system performance data, perform regular audits on all software applications and hardware used within the operation. You’re a member of the Voyage Services team and you will love the variety and the pace at which we all roll. You’ll also help introduce other teams to these new systems and help them understand how they work and don’t work and hold hands along the way.
