We're looking for a Business Partner Manager to serve as the operational right hand to our Senior VP, ensuring strategy turns into execution across multiple global e-commerce brands. You'll work across Creative, Performance Marketing, Data, Technology, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations to keep priorities aligned, teams accountable, and projects moving at speed.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many meetings you attend—it's measured by how effectively you remove bottlenecks, build scalable systems, keep teams accountable, and enable the Senior VP to focus on growing the business.
