Purpose
We're looking for an IT Manager to be the on-the-ground technical backbone for our operations, working closely with our Sydney-based partner. This role sits at the intersection of day-to-day IT support, tooling administration, and workflow building, keeping our team connected, unblocked, and set up to move fast as we scale.
The ideal candidate is a proactive builder who doesn't wait to be told what to fix. You're comfortable owning the Microsoft 365 environment, building dashboards in Jira or Monday.com http://Monday.com, and being the first responder when something breaks, including on short notice, when it matters most.
