Job Summary: The Manager of Inpatient Coding and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation and coded data across inpatient services. This role oversees daily coding and CDI operations, establishes performance standards, and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. The manager partners closely with physicians, nursing, revenue cycle, compliance, and informatics teams to drive documentation integrity, optimize reimbursement, reduce denials, and enhance the quality and reliability of clinical data.
