Estamos en búsqueda de un Agente de Soporte y Servicio al Cliente, apasionado y proactivo para unirse al equipo Vana. Deberás asesoras de forma correcta, eficiente y oportuna a clientes por medio de canales digitales, mantener al 100% la calidad de respuestas efectivas a clientes, seguimiento eficiente y oportuno de las dudas y consultas de clientes, gestionar la respuesta a clientes asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos y nivel de servicio correcto.
