Senior Technical Product Manager, Provider Platform

We're looking for a Principal Platform Product Manager to own two connected capability areas on our value-based care platform: incentive program management (how providers earn and track performance-based payments) and provider activation (how new providers and practices get onboarded and set up to use the platform). You'll likely take on additional capability areas over time, but these two are the immediate focus. This is a design-and-build role, not just a delivery-management one: you'll define how these capabilities should work in detail — data model, business rules, edge cases, user workflows — and then own getting them built and shipped.
