About this role

Purpose: To inspect products according to the inspection plan and ensure products meet customer specifications. Key Area of Responsibilities: Perform CMM inspection of in-house parts (repeat and First Article Inspection (FAI) parts) to ensure compliance with the inspection plan and customer specifications. Perform CMM Offline Programming to prepare the CMM program for FA inspection and save time. Update and monitor the Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart to ensure a stable manufacturing process. Perform in-process and final QC inspection of in-house parts (repeat and FAI parts) to ensure compliance with the inspection plan and customer specifications. Record the inspection results in the inspection checklist and Inspection Method Sheet (IMS).…
