About this role
What you'll do:
Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information.
Scan Bill of Materials from daily shipments and add documents under the supplements tab in TopVis.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Monitors visitor access via daily sign-in and issuing of visitor badges (provide safety gear when applicable).
Sorts incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail each day.
Sort and mail invoices that are printed.…
