About this role
Position Overview:
The Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician is a working lead responsible for maintaining the facility, building systems, and manufacturing infrastructure to support safe and reliable production. This position spends the majority of time performing hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The Lead serves as the technical expert for facility systems and helps prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities and is highly skilled in HVAC/R, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and industrial utility systems. This is not a facilities management role —it is a hands-on technical position.
