About this role

We are looking for an experienced regional Recruitment Partner to be based in Budapest and own end-to-end talent acquisition for VELUX internationally across the CEE region (15 countries) for specialist, technical and leadership roles — including sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and other corporate support functions. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, drive proactive sourcing strategies, and strengthen VELUX's employer brand.
