About this role

Szukamy osoby z praktycznym doświadczeniem w przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych, która będzie wspierać bieżącą produkcję, uruchamiać i doskonalić procesy wtrysku. Zakres odpowiedzialności: • Przygotowywanie wtryskarek do produkcji, w tym montaż i demontaż form wtryskowych. • Ustawianie, uruchamianie i optymalizacja procesu wtrysku zgodnie z dokumentacją technologiczną i wymaganiami jakościowymi. • Podłączanie i ustawianie urządzeń peryferyjnych, m.in. termostatów, młynków, podajników, taśmociągów oraz robotów współpracujących z wtryskarkami. • Monitorowanie stabilności procesu, analizowanie odchyleń oraz korygowanie parametrów w zakresie posiadanych uprawnień. • Rozpoznawanie wad wyprasek, ustalanie ich przyczyn i wdrażanie działań korygujących.…
