Job Description Summary ‎ Provides comprehensive physician services for patients across the lifespan within the Millennium Physician Group ambulatory primary care practice. Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs using evidence-based medical practice, including comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic evaluation, medication management, preventive services, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
