Job Description Summary Provides comprehensive physician services for hospitalized patients within the Millennium Physician Group Hospitalist program. Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages acute illnesses, exacerbations of chronic diseases, and complex medical conditions using evidence-based osteopathic medical practice, including comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, medication management, inpatient procedures within credentialed scope, multidisciplinary care coordination, discharge planning, and transitions of care. Partners with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care while improving clinical outcomes, patient experience, operational efficiency, and value-based performance.…
