Job Purpose: Our 2nd Pressperson will be responsible for assisting lead operators in the press room. This role will assist other operators with make readies, press equipment operations, and perform quality control functions. Job Responsibilities: ● Ability to assist Pressperson with press make ready and operate press based upon written instructions provided. ● Follow SOP's, be able to read and understand job tickets for stock and color specifications, and verify that stock and ink match job specs on ticket. ● Perform folder set ups and maintain press register and color. ● Perform quality pull sheet procedures, pull samples, and ensure each job is produced to customer specifications, meeting internal and external deadlines. ● Follow all safety policies and regulations.…
