VESSL AI는 GPU 클라우드와 AI 인프라 기술로 빠르게 성장하며, 국내외 기업들과 대규모 GPU 공급 계약을 체결하고 글로벌 시장으로 사업을 확장하고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 회사의 성장 속도만큼 빠르게 다양해지는 법률 이슈를 가장 가까운 곳에서 다루는 사내 변호사입니다.
단순히 계약서를 검토하는 것이 아니라, 비즈니스의 맥락을 이해하고 딜의 구조를 함께 설계합니다. GPU 공급 계약, SLA, 데이터 보호(DPA), 국내외 규제 대응까지 — 사업의 최전선에서 법률 리스크를 판단하고, 회사가 더 빠르고 안전하게 나아갈 수 있는 길을 만듭니다.
좋은 계약은 분쟁이 생겼을 때가 아니라, 회사가 성장하는 순간마다 그 가치를 발휘합니다.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- 상사계약 검토·협상: GPU 공급 계약, MSA·SLA·DPA, Order Form 등 국내외 B2B 계약의 검토, 레드라인 작성 및 협상 지원
- 데이터 프라이버시·규제 대응: 개인정보보호법(PIPA)·GDPR·CCPA 컴플라이언스, 수출통제 등 국내외 규제 검토
- 사내 법률 자문: 계약 표준화(템플릿·플레이북), 사업부 대상 법률 검토 및 리스크 판단
- 외부 로펌 협업 및 법무 행정: 국내외 로펌 커뮤니케이션, 법무 프로세스·문서 관리
QUALIFICATIONS
- 국내 변호사 자격증을 보유하신 분
- 법무법인 또는 기업 인하우스 법무팀 경력 3년 이상 보유하신 분…
