Job Summary The Security Lieutenant (shift manager) is managing and maintaining surveillance of Viejas property (gaming complex, outlet center, and the reservation) during assigned shift to ensure safety and protection of tribal assets, and providing a safe environment for guests and team members. Job Description • Is the Security Watch Commander, with overall responsibility for security operations on their assigned shift. • Provides support to the Director of Security. • Fill in for the Director of Security, as needed. • Responsible for scheduling personnel to adequately cover the Casino, Outlet Center, and Reservation. • Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of a shift.…
