Job Summary Performs wardrobe counter duties including assisting team members with uniform dry cleaning and/or rental orders, documenting requests, and handling complaints. Responsible for all aspects of wardrobe inventory control, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of owned and rental uniform inventory. Creates, alters, and repairs uniforms and related garments. Job Description • Effectively and efficiently assists guests with garments requests. • Assists with uniform dry cleaning and/or rental orders. • Documents requests and handles complaints. • Receives, sorts, stores, and distributes dry cleaned uniforms and rental program uniforms. • Takes accurate body measurements and communicates measurements to Seamstress for accurate alterations.…
