Hledáme manažera/ku, který/á bude klíčovým partnerem pro Head of Production a vezme si ownership nad nastavením a optimalizací procesů. Co tě čeká: Nastavení, úprava a optimalizace procesů ve výrobě. Zodpovědnost za plnění týdenních a měsíčních výrobních plánů v požadované kvalitě a čase. Vedení klíčových lidí ve výrobě a nastavování jasných standardů, zodpovědnost za provozní budget výrobního týmu. Implementace principů efektivity a LEAN (5S, optimalizace procesů napříč výrobou).…
