About this role

Our client in the UK is looking for a confident, empathetic and results-driven Patient Booking Specialist to join their team, helping prospective patients take the next step towards their treatment journey. In this role, you’ll contact new enquiries within minutes of receiving them, using a predictive dialler to connect with prospective patients and book them into a free consultation with a Treatment Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression, building trust over the phone and ensuring patients feel comfortable discussing their needs. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, a warm telephone manner and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a personal approach.…
