About this role

Job Summary: The Integration Manager will lead and coordinate the integration of a newly acquired business, ensuring alignment with Volaris’ operating culture, financial disciplines, talent practices, and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will help the business move from acquisition close to stable operating rhythm by building integration plans, coaching local leadership, identifying risks, and ensuring key milestones are achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large and complex businesses, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate across geographies. They must be willing and able to travel extensively and/or live in Australia during critical phases of the integration to provide direct support to the business.…
