Are you an avid Business & Risk Manager who wants to make an impact? In our role you act as the operational and control backbone for the region. You bridge front-office teams with Zurich central functions (Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, Legal) by translating regional strategy into budgets, staffing plans, and rigorous first-line controls. The role splits roughly 40% business management, 40% first-line risk and control, and 20% regulatory readiness. What would your role be? 1. Business Management & Planning (40%) Financial Oversight: Build and track regional budgets (revenue, cost, headcount) with monthly variance analysis.
