SUMMARY Manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities of assigned Contract Security Officers at the field level while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, client expectations, post orders, company policies, procedures, and established standards. Serves as a working supervisor who performs the duties and responsibilities of a Contract Security Officer in addition to assigned supervisory functions. Provides leadership, direction, training, inspection, reporting, and administrative oversight to support effective and consistent security operations.
