SUMMARY : The Corporate Trainer & Facilitator delivers highly interactive, engaging instructor-led training across the organization, both in person and virtually, with an emphasis on leadership and soft-skill development. The primary focus of this role is facilitating our signature programs, including Walden Way orientation, LEAP leadership series, and lunch-and-learns, along with CPR/AED/First Aid, role-based, and software training. The Corporate Trainer & Facilitator coordinates every aspect of these events from planning through completion in the LMS, leads train-the-trainer sessions for field Training Managers, and serves as the primary point of contact for the company-wide CPR certification program.…
