Manager, Professional Services

The Manager, Professional Services is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment from a team perspective of our software solutions to clients. The scope of this job includes ensuring satisfaction of contractual obligations, as well as achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day execution of consultants’ client projects by ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and delivered in alignment with leadership’s strategic direction. Monitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal productivity across projects.
