About this role

Job Description Job Description: The Assistant Coach for Wentworth Club Rowing works with the head coach to provide supervision and effective leadership to the rowing club sport program. Responsibilities include fostering skill development and teamwork among students; promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures; and initiating activities in support of the rowing team. This position collaborates with the head coach to provide skill and developmental support to the team. A member of the coaching staff is required to be at all practices & events. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum Knowledge Required : Working knowledge of fundamental concepts of rowing, practices and procedures related to, and ability to apply in varied situations.…
