Job Description Job Description Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Fitness and Wellness Programs, the Esports Head Coach is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of the Competitive eSports teams at Wentworth. In conjunction with the Director, the head coach will manage the team rosters, manage and oversee official team communication channels, and manage student conduct and eligibility requirements. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Knowledge Required: Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of eSports and ability to apply in varied situations.
