About the Opportunity We're looking for a friendly, adaptable and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join a well-established team within the waste management industry. Based in Braeside, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with general enquiries, waste collection bookings, invoice queries and service-related requests.
