The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day Transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight Customer communications Email and telephone communication Monitoring Hours of Service Monitoring inbound paperwork Job Requirements CDL- Class A required. Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows) TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills Knowledge of DOT Regulations Willing to field phone calls and solve issues as needed after scheduled hours.
