Full-time, ongoing position at HEW 8 level Hawkesbury campus with flexible working arrangements. Salary: $120,754 – $134,051 p.a., plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Manage complex injury matters and build safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes across Western. The Opportunity You will manage workers compensation claims, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work programs across Western Sydney University and its entities. You will coordinate complex cases from injury reporting and claims administration through to investigation, treatment, suitable duties and sustainable return to work. You will work with staff, supervisors, People & Culture, insurers, health professionals and rehabilitation providers to develop practical return-to-work and reasonable adjustment arrangements.…
