Job Description WGL- Corrosion Control (Specialist/Senior) The Corrosion Control (Specialist/Senior) supports the safety and reliability of Washington Gas’ system by developing and maintaining corrosion control training, procedures, and operational guidelines. This role provides expert technical support and troubleshooting to field personnel and serves as project lead for key initiatives such as CP interference monitoring and remediation, atmospheric corrosion inspections, MOS surveys, and evaluating corrosion‑related leaks. You’ll work closely with supervisors on scheduling, remediation planning, design, mapping, and maintaining cathodic protection systems that protect our distribution and transmission pipelines, gate stations, plants, and storage facilities.…
