The Onboarding Specialist works as a liaison between Human Resources, leaders, candidates, new employees, students, and contracted staff for recruitment and onboarding tasks and activities. Duties include coordination of the full onboarding process from posting open positions to managing new employee orientation, as well as offboarding of separating employees. This position actively communicates with leaders to update them on progress, status, and tasks needed to ensure new hires are fully prepared and ready for the first day of orientation. At the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Onboarding Specialist assists with miscellaneous HR tasks, projects, and initiatives as needed.…
