About this role

Role An Engineering Lead will establish and lead the Warsaw engineering hub for an AI-native platform serving aerospace, defense, and industrial supply-chain operations. They will build and manage a full-stack engineering team, set technical direction, maintain delivery standards, and remain close enough to the code and architecture to make high-quality engineering decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring five days per week in Warsaw and occasional international travel.
