About this role
The role: A pre-seed, Warsaw-based startup is building the personal AI category: an always-on agent that handles life's mundane tasks for real users. Backed by Inovo, led by a founder with a prior exit, and running as a tight 3-person team. You would be the next Founding Engineer, building the core product and the infrastructure it runs on from the ground up, ahead of a 2026 launch. This is a ground-floor seat. You shape the agentic systems, the architecture, and the user experience - not maintain someone else's decisions.
