About this role
Director-level individual contributor. No people management. You own the entire infrastructure stack - build it, secure it, scale it. Must haves - Production infrastructure experience in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, or equivalent). You've dealt with audits, compliance controls, and know why "it works on my machine" doesn't cut it. - Deep Kubernetes expertise running production workloads. You troubleshoot clusters under pressure, not just deploy YAML from a tutorial. - Multi-cloud: AWS and GCP. You operate across both, understand the tradeoffs, and don't default to one provider for everything. - Infrastructure as Code in production. Pulumi or Terraform.
