About this role

We're building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. As our first Director of Sales Development, you'll build and lead the SDR function from the ground up - hiring the team, designing the playbook, and owning the top-of-funnel pipeline engine that drives Base44's revenue growth. This role is for a builder. You've led BDR teams, implemented processes and systems, you’re a master of outbound, you have strong opinions on tool stack, are on the leading edge of operationalized AI within BDR motions, and you're excited by the challenge of defining what it looks like at a category-defining AI company.…
