About this role

About the Role: Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented professional as an Xactly COE Administrator to join a newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE. The COE will support 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. The COE will partner with the various Divisions & Business Units while remaining a strong partner to the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to establish operational processes that align to best practice and support a COE team that administers 8 different Xactly instances for approx. 500 commission plans and consumes 90+ data inputs.…
