Senior Legal Counsel – CP&ESG North America Hybrid Role - Must be able to attend meetings and/or conferences onsite as needed. Preferred ofﬁce locations are: New York, Chicago, Tampa and Atlanta. We will consider candidates who reside near other Wolters Kluwer ofﬁces. About the role The Senior Legal Counsel of CP&ESG within the Global Law and Compliance Department (GLCD) will support primarily the Tagetik business unit in North America, with possible support to TeamMate and Corporate Tax business units in the same region, as needed. The role will collaborate with business and legal leaders to reach decisions that support the organization’s objectives.
