Your Role as Team Leader - Hospitality You’ll lead and deliver person-centred hospitality services within our Residential Aged Care community, overseeing high-quality catering, cleaning, and laundry operations. You’ll foster a culture of teamwork and customer service while driving continuous improvement. You’ll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by: Lead and support catering, cleaning, and laundry teams to deliver high quality hospitality services in a warm, home-like environment.
