Your Role as Youth Development Worker – Specialist Youth Housing Service As a Youth Development Worker with our Specialist Youth Housing Service (SYHS), you will provide person-centred case management to young people aged between 16-25 through outreach, advocacy and housing support and strengthening community connections.
