CIS Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE The CIS Specialist is responsible for the administration and compliance of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) across the business, ensuring all subcontractor records, HMRC submissions and associated legislative requirements are managed accurately and on time. The role will require regular communication with the Accounts team, Property Managers, Surveyors, subcontractors and HMRC where required, providing specialist advice and support on all CIS-related matters. Working closely with operational and finance teams, you will help ensure the business remains fully compliant with current legislation while continuously improving processes and controls.
