About the role: We're looking for a Welcome Facilities Manager to support our Building Managers and keep standards high across every building in the Welcome portfolio. It's a varied, hands-on role. One week you might be auditing a building's compliance, the next running a contractor tender or helping a new Building Manager through their first day. About Welcome: Welcome is Workman's tailor-made property management service for large multi-let offices. Since we launched it in 2018, it has been built on a simple idea: fewer buildings, more of us. That means low building ratios, strong site teams and a service that's fixed and flexed to suit each building, its client and its occupiers.
